stucco
stucco is a popular exterior finish for buildings that provides
an economical hard surface that can be colored and finished
in a wide range of textures to adorn any architectural style.
stucco is hard, strong, fire-resistant, and color-retentive.
since it is also breathable, or able to transmit moisture vapor,
water that gets behind it does not become trapped. that makes
it resistant to rot and fungus. stucco finishes have proved
to be a durable wall cover in all climates, whether wet, dry,
hot, or cold. stucco can be applied directly (to concrete and
concrete masonry) or using methal lath (usually used over stud
wall construction with or without sheathing materials). all
our stucco work is done with approved materials and applied
in conformity with the existing standards (astm c 926, standard
specification for application of portland cement-based plaster;
astm c 1063, standard specification for installation of lathing
and furring to receive interior and exterior portland cement-based
plaster).
masonry work
brick installation.
we have in-house experienced bricklayers that can address all
your residential or commercial needs.
cmu installation.
a cmu is made from a relatively dry mixture of portland cement,
aggregates, water, and admixtures. aggregate or filler material
is usually sand, gravel, or fly ash. the materials are then
mixed, molded into the desired shape, and squeezed or compacted
to make the material more dense. the masonry unit can be either
normal (smooth face) or split face. a machine splits the cured
solid or hollow concrete units lengthwise or crosswise to
achieve the rough, quarried stone surface texture of a split-face
cmu. manufacturers produce a wide variety of colors, textures,
and shapes by varying cements, aggregates, color pigments,
and unit size. the most popular nominal size is the 8x8x16"
hollow unit, but half-length units, return corners, and other
multiples of four inches are available.

stone installation.
there is a large variety of stones
that we provide and install: natural stone, cultured stone,
artificial stone, granite, pavers, stone flooring, etc. call

aac installation.
aac stands for autoclaved aerated concrete and is a pre-cast
concrete containing entrained air that is cured in an autoclave
oven. aac makes an excellent building material because of
its outstanding thermal properties, superior fire resistance,
and excellent acoustical absorbing abilities. as opposed to
cmu, aac is light-weight, easy to work with, versatile, and
extremely durable. we pride ourselves to be experienced installers
of this innovative material that is more and more used in
the construction industry in the united states.
eifs
in addition to stucco, we
also provide and install complete eifs systems. exterior insulation
and finish systems (eifs) are multi-layered exterior wall systems
that are used on both commercial buildings and homes. they provide
superior energy efficiency and offer much greater design flexibility
than other cladding products.
eifs systems were introduced in the u.s. almost 30 years
ago. they were first used on commercial buildings, and later,
on homes. today, eifs account for nearly 30% of the u.s. commercial
exterior wall market. eifs typically consist of the following
components:insulation board, made of polystyrene or polyisocyanurate
foam, which is secured to the exterior wall surface with a
specially formulated adhesive and/or mechanical attachment
a durable, water-resistant base coat, which is applied on
top of the insulation and reinforced with fiber glass mesh
for added strength.

in addition to the popular and well known north american hardwoods
(like oak, maple and ash) we are able to offer and install a
variety of exotic hardwood species from all over the world.
